a space to collaborate with a nonjudgmental, genuine therapist. It’s not a one-way street, it’s a two-way relationship.

Good therapy is good on multiple levels
1. For you
First and foremost, therapy must be beneficial for you. It provides evidence-based, person-centered, and therapeutically-relevant care that helps you solve problems, live freely, and pursue your fullest potential.
2. For community
Therapy must account for the community. It considers your multifaceted connection to complex social systems and how changes in you may impact your broader community.
3. For therapists
Therapy must care for the therapists. We strive to build a working environment that is balanced, self-reflective, and nonjudgemental so we can practice what we preach beyond the counseling office.

Mental wellness consists of psychological, social, physical, and spiritual health.
Our role in building mental wellness includes
providing therapeutic services to individual, groups, families.
educating, training, and consulting with professionals and community leaders.
advocating for systemic changes in our communities, organizations, and our own practice.
